Under stress and pressure the mind result often in lower performance, lack of concentration, lack of efficiency and more interpersonal conflicts.
A steady mind tuned to objectives, concentrating on the subject, deeply contemplating on the value of knowledge acquired and invigorating the human soul, body and mind to engage in actions in service of man and Mother Nature, creating heaven on earth.
As long as mind functions, the prana (life-energy) flows in the body if any one of these stops the other automatically stops. What our mind feel that will reflects on our body
Control of mind, a man can be disease free, enjoy the presence of divine cosmic energy and then work relentlessly in service of this country and mankind at large.
To enhance our physical and mental strength we have to improve our health For which we have to maintain the oxygen balance in our body. In the modern way of living, we are breathing polluted air and most of the time we shut in a closed atmosphere sitting within the A/C rooms.
Oxygen is very basic need for every human being. At present getting pure oxygen is very difficult, because of pollutions. Most of the people inhale very less nature oxygen. We sleep eight or seven hours in a closed room, we spend 4 to 5hrs in a packed AC room in most of the offices. In the training program we are guiding to maintain the level of oxygen and how to improve our physical and mental strength.

Daily 15min. enough for Mind Exercise. This exercise gives Concentration, Stable Mind, Positive thoughts, Balance of feelings(angriness, ego, arrogance, fear), Self Confidence, Increase Mind Efficiency, Self – Discipline, Self Respect, Love themselves, Understanding us and others.

Toning the Young minds exercise:
• After waking up in the morning, rub yours hands thrice and keep it on your face. Repeat 3 times.
• Then rub your hands thrice and press your ears smoothly. Repeat 3 times.
• Take 2 fingers in both the hands and keep it on your eyes, for 1 minute.
• After waking up come outside the house and see the sky or sun. Feel the broad enlightened environment other living being, trees, animals and birds. Take a deep breath comfortably,. Repeat the breath 11 times.
• Get fresh and look at the mirror. Then talk positively about yourself for 2 minutes.
• Chant few mantras loudly for 5 minutes.
• Press the tip of the tongue with your teeth smoothly for 2 minutes.
Repeat this daily and enjoy the days to come
